i have a 200l tank with 30 assorted tropical fish i have 5 tiger barbs who are very hyper. will they calm down?
all my other fish are very settled and the tigers have been in the tank for over a month

Tiger barbs are extremely hyper fish, so don't expect them to calm done any further. Cheers Max
Any slower moving fish they will nip at, so I would recommend you add schooling fish, power in numbers.
One more thing tiger barbs feel more comfortable in a group, so if you only have 3 or less I recommend d you get one or two more this may stop some of the hyperness. If you need anymore help feel free to add more info I will check back.
